Sharing your information
We may share your personal data with carefully selected third parties where necessary to provide our services, fulfil contractual obligations, or where you have given your explicit consent. These third parties will include trusted third parties who help us deliver our services; IT service provider SanIT, Customer Relationship Management System provider Fastdox and solicitors Jackson Quail Law. All third parties are required to process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and only for the specified purpose. Consumer Savings Network does not transfer your data outside of the UK/EEA.
We will disclose personal data to our partner Valid8 IP Ltd for the provision of credit report information which may include Equifax Ltd, Experian Ltd and TransUnion. How long do we keep your information?
We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Once we no longer need it, we will delete or anonymise your personal details. If there are legal or regulatory requirements that mean we need to retain your data, we will keep it for as long as necessary.
If you have previously purchased or enquired about our products or services, we may send you information about similar products or services via email or SMS under the “soft opt-in” exemption, provided you have not opted out. You will always have the opportunity to unsubscribe in every communication we send.

Fees
